Job Description System Engineer / 3rd Line Support (MCSE qualified) Location - Tewkesbury Salary - 28,000 System Engineer / 3rd Line Support Engineer with MCSE qualification required for a growing technology business based near Tewkesbury. The successful candidate will form part of a pool of support specialists that are responsible for supporting and implementing changes to the live system. Duties will include: ensuring servers and services are monitored according to SLA requirements and that system logs are checked; system upgrades and patches; fault and problem identification and resolution; documentation of the managed services troubleshooting process; achieving operational objectives; responsible for the production of management reports ; take ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to service improvements.
