Job Description Graduate IT Support Analyst Location - Gloucestershire Salary 15,000 - 16,000 Graduate IT Support Analyst required for a dynamic technology business based in Gloucestershire. The successful Graduate Support Analyst will be required to act as a central point of contact between the customer and the company. You will handle any incidents, requests and will be involved in change management, incident management and network operations. Essential skills required: degree educated in a technical discipline; good technical skills and able to develop new technology understanding quickly; strong communication skills both face to face and over the phone; clear and articulate in approach; ideally 12 months experience of working in a business to business environment (university industry placement accepted); strong analytical and problem solving skills; full driving license; previous experience of working in a pressured environment.
