If you're a new client it's critical that we visit you. We have to understand the environment you're operating in, the personalities involved, the reporting hierarchy and internal contact points amongst others. However....

We don't need to visit to understand your market, competitors, or latest industry developments. This is basic background research that we'll have performed prior to any meeting being arranged.

During the meeting it's very possible we'll be able to discuss some possible candidates with you as details emerge. It may also be that we eliminate some ideas.

When we're satisfied that we have enough information to begin work, we hold internal meetings to make sure all relevant consultants are aware of the opportunity and commence our formal candidate identification and vacancy advertising processes.

Many of our clients request joint advertising strategies for key hires. Whether you choose this option or not you can be confident that every single applicant who responds to an advertisement where your company may or may not be identifiable is responded to personally by an Enjoy IT consultant.

A shortlist is prepared. In all but the most unusual circumstances we provide two or three profiles per available position, all of whom will have the technical experience, skills and/or qualifications required to do the job. We also assess the candidate's personalities in order to satisfy ourselves as much as is possible that the person is a fit for our client's organisation.

When requested we organise and co-ordinate all interview/assessment centre details. This can include psychometric and emotional intelligence testing if required; with reporting and feedback from a fully qualified BPS practitioner.

We take care of all candidate feedback and are involved in the co-ordination and administration of offer and acceptance.
